Apply, by using a manual or pneumatic caulk gun, sufficient Soudabond 641 into the cut window frame and slide the angle piece (within the skin formation time) into the window frame. Additional moistening in order to accelerate the curing is necessary. In doing so, care should be taken not to moisten the miter cuts (too much). Therefore it’s better to apply Soudal AluSeal on the miter cuts before injecting Soudabond 641. Another possibility is to immerse the angle piece in water just before assembly, so there will be no water on the miter cuts or on the AluSeal. The use of Soudabond 641 is best limited to the pre-injection method (application before assembly).
